Chipton-Ross is seeking a Buyer I for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
This position is 100% onsite.
Review and place planned orders for inventory to be used on repairs.
Update AX acknowledgment data (AR dates, cost, part number changes)
Prepare missing part reports
Release scheduled work orders
Performs capacity analysis in order to determine the availability of resources necessary to support the production plan;
o Excellent interpersonal and communicable skills verbal and written.
o Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
o Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
o Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
o Able to comprehend written instructions and follow demonstrated steps.
Material handling via ERP
- Supply chain management practices and procedures
- Excel experience preferred
- Aviation Industry experience preferred
Warehouse and material handling experience
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. continuously
- Frequently required to stand for long periods, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Accredited High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, and/or one-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
