Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Programmer Analyst 4 for a contract opportunity in Long Beach, CA.
Leads and performs the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications and software or computing architecture and computing application system designs. Leads analysis of end user processes to define application requirements. Writes and compiles complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications. Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance. Identifies and recommends improvements. Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems.
MUST HAVE min of 8 years of experience in the following below:
(AIRES) Technical skills must have:
o HPE Tandem NonStop
o Guardian utilities
o Data Definition Language (DDL)
o C programming language
o NonStop SQL/MX Database Manager
o SOAP 4
(AIRES) Technical skills nice to have:
o Enscribe file layout
o COBOL programming language
o SCOBOL programming language
o C# programming language
o TACL command prompt and scripting language
o OSS (Tandem version of UNIX environment)
Accredited Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology
8 am - 5 pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
