Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Legal Associate for a contract opportunity in Greenville, TX.

This position is 100% onsite.

Establishes organizational objectives for ethics and compliance to ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards and organizational values.
o Provides compliance advice and implements employee communications and training initiatives to foster an ethical culture and compliant conduct throughout the organization.
o Creates and maintains a system for the reporting of ethical breaches. Implements a program of measurement and auditing to monitor program performance and oversees periodic measurements of program effectiveness to ensure to ensure compliant transactions.
o May inform the board of directors and senior management teams of risks, incidents, initiatives driven by the ethics and compliance programs, and progress toward program goals.
o Responsibilities may include assessing relationships between risks and returns and providing guidance to business decision-makers on issues and development of risk mitigation strategies.
May oversee the analysis of current or proposed business operations to identify areas of potential loss or damage and quantify impact.
o Works under moderate supervision to triage and maintains confidential Client Helpline database in accordance with Helpline Case Management Guidelines.
o Request Attorney Client Privilege investigation letters on behalf of staff members
o Provides initial follow-up to Helpline Reporters as determined by assigned investigator.
o Assists Investigators with coordinating and facilitating investigation production requests and records inquiries (i.e., applicable policies, Concur travel reports, badge swipes, and other records.) with appropriate SME department liaison.
o Schedules meetings and confidential interviews for Legal Compliance team members.
o Monitors the aging of Hotline investigations and provides Reporter status when needed.
o Coordinates new hire Ethics training as needed and provide training, as backup to other staff members and Ethics Advisors.
o Department point of contact facilitating Annual Ethics Week initiatives and support activities at the local level.
o Uses computer in support of investigators to produce reports, compose and prepare correspondence, and other documents.
o Support compliance inquiries and other administrative activities as needed.
o Generate monthly activity reports and metrics.

Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Accredited Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
