Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Word Processing Specialist for a contract opportunity in Simi Valley, CA.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Coordinates and incorporates changes to Marketing, Engineering and Pricing.
o Generates, maintains, and updates masters/listings for manuals, such as Operation and Maintenance, and GSC.
o Responsible for creating PDF files for manuals and listings to place on secured server.
o Supports Document Control with PDF /Scan and miscellaneous tasks.
o Maintains vendor documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker, and Project.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience including related work experience using technologically current automated word processing equipment and software applications.

SHIFT:
Full-Time
9/80 work schedule
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
