Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Processor B for a contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
With minimal guidance, communicates with customers to understand and meet their data needs and timing requirements of routine assignments. Coordinates with customers to resolve routine problems regarding process discipline, data accuracy and data integrity. Provides customer service by answering basic questions regarding process, data integrity or report interpretation. Ensures adherence to documented regulations, company policies, procedures and/or desktop instructions. With minimal guidance, verifies that the data received is acceptable. Determines which process to execute. Transcribes data into the appropriate system. Verifies that the data was input correctly. Ensures adherence to documented regulations, company policies, procedures and/or desktop instructions. Performs verification, editing, and validation of data previously entered to ensure the quality of the process. Ensures data quality, maintains process records and files. Keeps accountability records and makes final disposition of data, records and files. Executes queries and reports in support of customer and process requirements. Publishes, issues, distributes, tracks and ships documents to customers. Provides instructions, status and information to internal customers according to approved guidelines, policies and/or company procedures. Contributes to the development of initiatives that improve the efficiency of tasks to support processes within the organization to meet customer needs, ranging from input to publishing.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be able to Obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). Looking for a candidate with experience using Military Aircraft Log books ULLS-A and ACN, Military Construction Data System (MCDS), and is familiar with DA-PAM 738-751

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

FULL TIME/SECOND SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
