Chipton-Ross is seeking six Human Resources Assistants for a contract/hybrid opportunity in Chandler, AZ.
Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
o Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with recruiting assistance, primarily scheduling candidate interviews
o Interview logistics: schedule phone and in-person interviews, candidate coordination and travel, hiring manager and candidate invitation calendaring
o Events logistics: planning and coordinating recruiting events including career fairs, invitational and interview days
o Support the TA team with general Talent Acquisition support
- High School diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years' experience with scheduling
Should have experience with Outlook, Outlook Calendars, Skype, Zoom. Ideal candidate will have a mature attitude, excellent customer service skills on phone and via email and experience with high volume appointment setting or interview scheduling
High School Diploma.
School must be accredited.
This position is REMOTE and offers work from home flexibility, but ideally, candidate will reside within a 1 hour commute from one of the client sites Aurora, CO; Roy, UT; Chandler, AZ; Dulles, VA or Huntsville, AL in the event a hybrid schedule is requested
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
