Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team II for a contract opportunity in Andover, MA.

This position is 100% onsite.

REQUIREMENTS:
Prior assembly experience in a fuel cell manufacturing environment is desired but not required. Ability to work from engineering drawings, production work instructions and written or verbal instructions. Will be trained to operate production assembly and test equipment. Team member will be responsible for maintaining 6S areas. Engineering support work will be required in updating work instructions, assisting in planning new production areas and improving existing work cells. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful and trusting working relationships along with motivational skills and the ability to energize teams is considered a plus. Candidate should have experience in a manufacturing organization and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and demonstrated performance of implementation.
Will be required to work in SAP
Support all production startup activities
Will take daily direction from on-site Production Engineer
Works with manager or Manufacturing Engineer to train new support team members
Identifying and implementing process improvements to assembly processes
Safety Shoes required.

Accredited HSD/GED

4/10 work schedule



Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
