Description



Chipton-Ross is seeking one Digital Engineer 1 for a contract/remote opportunity.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
o VHDL design of ASIC and/or FPGA logic.
o FPGA and/or ASIC verification via simulation and emulation (lab testing), synthesis, timing analysis, and place and route for FPGA.
o FPGA/ASIC design for Space environment or Space Applications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and minimum 5 years or engineering experience.
Or
• Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and a Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
AND
• Experienced in one or more of the following VHDL design, ASIC Design or FPGA Design.

PREFERRED:
o Hands-on lab experience with testing of digital hardware is highly desired.
o Experience in Digital Signal Processing designs.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree
School must be accredited.


HOURS:
9/80 workweek
1st shift
This position is 100% REMOTE

MISCELLANEOUS:
