Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking four Engineer Software 3 for a contract opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with Object-Oriented software design and C, C++ and/or strong working experience using Python
Experience with real-time software development for real-time operating systems such as VxWorks and/or Linux or similar
Experience working in docker containers.
Familiarity with agile software development, Atlassian tools and GIT.

PREFERRED:
Significant experience across the full life cycle including software systems architecture development, requirements definition and analysis, OO development, code and unit test, system integration and test
Technical leadership experience in embedded software development for satellite/ground systems
Experience as software reliability engineer or software test engineer
Experience working with DevOps and Computer Networking

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 work week. On site preferred, up to full remote available.



Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
