Chipton Ross is seeing a Trainer for a contract postion in Red Oak, TX.

Responsible for ensuring employees receive and maintain proper skill certifications in accordance with company and customer requirements. Prepares and/or conducts training programs; teaches classes; holds tests and evaluates progress of employees. Implements and operates in-house programs, practices, and procedures for training personnel.

Maintain awarements of all company and customer skill certification requirements. Ensure every employee maintains current certifications for assigned work. Deliver a variety of classes including productions skills, operation of equipment, safety, fod, etc. Maintain records for audit purposes and, reflecting status of all employees and certifications, as well as expiration dates and proactive plans to ensure timely recertification in order to avoid any production interruptions. Ensure proper tools and supply inventory is maintained to support training activity. Responsible for arranging the training environment to ensure effective transition of skills to the work area. As required, conduct training in the actual work area. Monitor progress of new employees and make convey to management and human resources observations as to aptitude for the work assignment, work ethic, and commitment to company standards of conduct. As required utilize outside vendors to deliver specialized skills training. Assist employees with career development, corporate training initiatives and opportunities, as the administration of the education tuition assistance program.

Requires strong organization skills, knowledge of training methods, familiarity with customer and company skills certifications, as well as general knowledge of manufacturing techniques, methods and procedures. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience.

Work Schedule
1st Shift, 4/10 schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
