Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineer Systems 3 for a contract opportunity in Roy, UT.
MBSE Sr. Principal / Principal Systems Engineer
o Support systems engineering activities including use case development, requirements definition/allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability to the test plans
o Develop/Maintain descriptive system models in UAFP, SysML, and UML using MBSE tools to define interfaces, physical/functional block diagrams, and behaviors
o Coordinate with integrated product teams for establishing content within the architecture.
o Interface with customers, program management and technical staff.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university, and 5+ years of experience OR a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience
o Broad technical and MBSE experience, across multiple platforms, and encompassing the entire product development lifecycle.
o Experience with DOORS
o Experience developing models with Cameo or equivalent tools
o Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
o Previous Systems Engineering experience and understanding of the Systems Engineering V
o Experience with physical security systems
o Experience with Agile Development
o Experience with Unified Profile for DoDAF and MoDAF (UPDM), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), and/or the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
o Experience using Requirements repository tools (i.e., DOORS).
Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
