Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineer Systems 2 for a contract opportunity in Roy, UT.
The selected candidate will be supporting the verification team within MB-RIA responsible for updating weapon system requirements, developing, peer-reviewing, and implementing requirements verification architecture in the Requirements Verification Architecture Model (RVAM).
What you'll get to do:
Work on allocation of system requirements to unit level, capability assessments, verification planning, and analysis planning and execution in a Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment
o Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline from an ABET accredited university
o For level- 3 - A minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Master's; or 0 years with a PhD
o For level-2 - A minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 0 years with a Master's
o Willingness to work in a Model-Based Systems Engineering environment
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
o Experience performing in a Systems Engineering or related technical discipline and understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
o Experience with Systems Engineering Requirement definition and verification planning
o Experience with DOORS requirements management
o Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
o Experience with basic systems engineering toolset and languages (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, UML, SysML)
Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
