Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity in Ladson, SC.

This position is 100% onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned procedures - including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods movement.
o Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership.
o Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime.
o Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities.
o Responsible for assuring safety and quality in all actions. The role, including all day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, should therefore be executed while adhering to all applicable Safety and Quality Management policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure an optimal level of safety and quality in both our products and services.
o Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
**Forklift experience required**
Organizational skills
Team player
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Literacy
Ability to lift 30lbs

EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED

SHIFT:
Full-Time
1st Shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
