Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineering Aide II for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.

This position is 100% onsite.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an Engineering Aide to apply principles of basic electronic circuitry in the diagnosis and repair of field returns in our repair center. Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting electronic assemblies to component level. The Engineering Aide will interpret and follow oral and written instructions, specifications, reference manuals, and other guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to fluently read and interpret and electrical drawings. o Observe all Occupational, Safety, and Health guidance.
o Ability to perform hands-on electrical assembly and minor mechanical assembly.
o Ability to work from engineering drawings and follow written and verbal instructions.
o Basic math and computer skills.
o Familiarity with basic test equipment such as multimeters. o Willing to travel.
o Willing and able to obtain a security clearance.

DESIRED:
o Military Background

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience.

SHIFT:
Full-Time
4/10 work schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
