- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a contract opportunity in King of Prussia, PA.
This position is 100% onsite.
Assist in the development and execution of procurement policies, procedures and methods across all channels of purchasing and plants to support RCMS, ISO, Internal Control, and Risk Management requirements.
Provide support for audits of procurement policies and practices.
Ensure compliance of procurement policies by championing communications, tracking metrics across the company.
Execute Supplier and Material qualification process
Execute activities to support regulatory requirements for compliance as defined by the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) due diligence process
Administer all aspects of Arkema's Conflict Mineral Policy
Together for Sustainability
Administer program to support TfS Audits and EcoVadis Surveys for DAMPE US
Participate in TfS Regional Team monthly in support of Arkema's membership to the organization
SAP - work to become proficient in all SAP platforms that support the P2P process
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Accredited BS/BA Degree or higher
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
