Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a hybrid contract opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

Sr. Salesforce Developer to lead a small team of Salesforce Developers and own the technical deliverables for the Data Science program. The team must work on various Salesforce instances and deploy and support Data science insights and integrations. The Data Science insights will be displayed to the Sales team. This requires strong Salesforce technical and communication skills.

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and a small team of developers.
• Work with product owners and other partners on the requirements.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions.
• Collaborate with various technical teams to resolve any technical issues.
• Monitor and resolve support tickets and ensures the system's health and security.
• Follows DevOps, package deployment process for code deployments and conducts code reviews.

• 7+ years IT experience in Salesforce, both as an Administrator and Developer.
• 2+ years of leading/managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.
• In-depth experience in Apex coding is required.
• In-depth experience in LWC and Aura is required.
• In-depth experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications and Salesforce API.
• Experience in deploying code through DevOps process and GitHub.
• Experience in Salesforce package development model.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and using low code tools like Flow.
• Experience in following Governor Limits for coding and configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Salesforce.
• Experience in Administration Config experience like data exports &imports, application support, security administration, querying using SOQL and SOSL.
• End-to-end knowledge of Agile Methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer and Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required. Ability to work with various dependent scrum teams, lead the demo presentations and work with business leaders.
• Ability to develop solutions that reduce the total cost of ownership over the long run.
• Customer focus and demonstrable ability to build strong working relationships.
• Leading a small team of developers and should do hands-on work.
• Strong prioritization abilities and taking ownership of issues and tasks

EDUCATION: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years IT experience in Salesforce, both as an Administrator and Developer.
• 2+ years of leading/managing a work stream on enterprise implementations.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
