Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Admin for a contract opportunity in Tewksbury, MA.
Provide support for all incoming customer equipment to the depot service facility. Including but
not limited to, the creation of service cases in the CRM database.
Create and update customer accounts including customer contacts
Asset creation and updating
Creating work orders for all depot work
Confirm customer payment information, including Purchase Orders and Credit Card
Managing replacement equipment
Managing scrap equipment and RMA’s to Vantaa as required
Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment
Experience in customer engagement
2+ years’ experience in similar role
Excellent computer skills including a very good understanding of Windows, Word, Excel,
Ability to learn and develop new processes within our CRM application (Salesforce.com
and IndySoft experience a plus)
Good oral and written communications skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High School Diploma, GED or higher
WORK HOURS: Full-Time; 8a-4p.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
