Chipton-Ross is seeking one Integration and Test 3 for a contract opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.

This position will develop/collect DT&E and OT&E test plans and incorporate them into the SGC Test Plan, as well as plan out & schedule any supporting Engineering Design Test, Space to Ground Test, and Multi-Segment Test. We are looking for someone with existing expertise with SGC Test activities, System Test and Evaluation best practices, pre-CDR test planning, and familiarity with space and ground segments. They also require good interpersonal skills to enable collaboration with the different IPTs and the customer. This position will work with the System Integration, Test & Operations Manager to identify a test approach, resources needed and number of test events to conduct for the SGC testing, as well as an overall plan for the entire test campaign. This position will present to senior NG and customer leadership the SGC test recommendations and rationale for those recommendations.

High school diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 year experience
Candidate must have very good verbal and written capabilities and be willing and able to effectively mentor junior engineers.
We are looking for an experienced engineer who is a self-starter and is effective in drawing up plans for a system that is early in its development (Pre PDR) to inform future work scope.

High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

9/80 workweek. Onsite only
