Description
Chipton Ross is seeking a IT Desktop Technician for an opening in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities
This position will be preparing devices for a rollout project. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to ensure a successful project completion. update all of our workstations to Windows 10

Duties:
" Assess, troubleshoot and implement fresh Windows 7 or Windows 10 OS on tablets, laptops and desktop PC's.
" Replace hard drive and install video cards as needed.
" Install client applications.

Qualifications:
" Associate degree in information Technology or equivalent combination of training and/or experience preferred.
" Intermediate knowledge of Windows fundamentals
" Ability to install Windows 7/10
" Knowledge of various computer device hardware repair.
" Clear and effective communication skills.
" Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
" Ability to work under pressure with a diverse team.
" Ability to work under moderate supervision.
" Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner and thoroughly complete tasks and responsibilities.
" Attendance and punctuality are both essential functions of this position.

Experience:
2+ years of experience

Work Schedule
1st Shift, Must be able to work on a 4/10 or 5/40 schedule.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
