Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Burbank, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time, meet the needs of the client and stay within budget.
Determine what the client or company wants to achieve.
Create timelines; and determine costs and resources needed.
Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
Provide direction and coaching on project specific tasks.
Select supporting staff and lead a project team.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.
Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the processes and quality standards of the company.
Develop & implement processes for PM teams to complete activities to current policies and practices; keep documentation organized; identify process improvements.
Manage team to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Report the project progress to senior managers and the client.
Manage risks and manage to avoid delays.

• 5+ years with Product Information Management systems
• Experience in the Licensing and Consumer Products industry
• A high-level understanding of data structure
• Previous experience working with visualization tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Looker)
• Experience defining and managing business requirements and outcomes with our business partners, and collaborating with technical teams to create and integrate relevant features into the product roadmap
• Experience with Agile development approach and tools
• Experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap
• Experience with production release cycles and product planning
• Experience writing detailed epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria
• Experience working in a cross-matrixed teams with several active workstreams and integration points
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Experience building positive relationships with internal and external team members
• Experience communicating and working with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
Highly Desirable
• Experience in Media & Entertainment Industry

o Product Information Management Solutions (Syndigo, Salsify, InRiver or similar)
o Jira & Confluence
o Monday.com
o MS O365 Office (Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams)

Undergraduate Degree Preferred

Full Time
• Must be able to work standard hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) with some flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
