Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Integration Systems Engineer for a hybrid contract opportunity in Litttleton, CO.

This position is 50% onsite, 50% remote.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Establish and maintain spacecraft hardware configuration and interfaces across the vehicle
o Lead and perform technical analysis of complex system problems and develop solutions to those problems
o Lead mechanical integration, test planning, and test execution
o Find and drive opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies
o Ensure the end-to-end compatibility of mechanical interfaces throughout the spacecraft, to include establishing and maintaining pointing and alignment budgets
o Lead studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities
o Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews
o Lead and participate in failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree
