Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Pub Structure Technician Specialist 2 for a contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides assistance to monitor quality processes and software tools that enforce specification, style and format of technical manuals. Assists with the planning, scheduling and delivery of Electronic Technical Manual/Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (ETM/IETM) using master schedules, customer requirements and the latest industry technologies. Assists in estimating technical manual proposals based on customer specifications and requirements. Monitors the quality of processes and products. Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating the Technical Data development cycle and delivery. Ensures quality of technical manual deliverables. Works under general supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:
Hybrid role but MUST BE LOCAL TO OKC AREA. Will need to work onsite throughout the week.

o Knowledge of Client process a plus
o Technical publishing experience a plus
o Experience with Technical orders
o XML
o ACM

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
7 am - 4 pm

9x80 Work Schedule

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

This work assignment has been designated as "safety sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.

Travel- Possibility of some domestic travel

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
