- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Engineer III for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
This position is 100% onsite.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrable knowledge of National Instruments TestStand, CVI and LabVIEW. Strong troubleshooting skills able to diagnose failure between unit under test and test equipment. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Strong communications including ability to accurately document activities in Microsoft OneNote.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding environment providing independent thinking, problem resolution and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management. Enough experience to understand and use best practices for TestStand automated test code. Familiarity with the LM-STAR test station and the STORM software (best practices and style guide understanding). Training for the LM-STAR station hardware and STORM software will not be provided but can be learned.
