Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a contract opportunity in Marietta, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, heavy emphasis on proposal schedule development; review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
10+ Program Master/Scheduling experience
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.
Must have experience with an Enterprise Scheduling Tool: MS Project, Primavera (P6), Deltek Open Plan.
Open Plan experience
Experience using an Enterprise Planning Tool (Open Plan preferred)
Experience Aerospace/Aviation (preferred)
Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience
Earned Value Management (EVM)

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree +9-15 years
Master's Degree +7-13 YRS
