Description



Chipton-Ross is seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Change Management Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis
o Develop Change Management Plan for capability implementations
o Conduct change readiness assessment and develop mitigation plans
o Identify key metrics and track change adoption and effectiveness
o Develop strategies to recognize potential change risks/resistance and create mitigation plans
o Identify opportunities for end user engagement in Change Management planning and delivery
o Collaborate across groups to develop change management plans including overall strategy and communications, leadership coaching, and training plans.
o Manage execution of Change Management Plan, including development of change agent network as feasible
o Work with PMOs or other leads to integrate Change Management activities into overall project plans (including key milestones)
o Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and key stakeholders as part of Change Management process
o Attend regular Space 1LMX and HRT Change Scrum team meetings and continually identify any Change Management implications, including business interdependencies and sequencing
o Collaborate, partner, and attend meetings with other Digital Transformation and Change Management Leads/Partners, Communications, Implementation, Business Process, Training and other key teams

REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in Business Transformation
o Proven prior results in successful Change Management execution in multi-disciplinary program or project
o Ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams to enable workforce
o Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in.
o Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implementing detailed tactical, results-driven plans.
o Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
o Holds a degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing, engineering, or related major or equivalent experience/combined education.
o Experience with MS Office products
o Experience with Organization Change Management principles and methods

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Well-developed relationship and consultative skills, including proven ability to influence without direct authority, ability to establish and maintain broad networks and relationships
o Ability to create relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
o Ability to facilitate cross-functional group discussions and drive to a decision
o Ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes
o Prosci or similar Change Management certification desired but not required
o Experience working with Jira, Slack, Confluence, etc.
o Design Thinking/Lean Six Sigma/ Agile experience-Green or Black belt certification
o Evidence of facilitation skills

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
