Description



Chipton-Ross is seeking a SAP Time and Pay Functional Analyst for a contract (HYBRID) opportunity El Segundo, CA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and support of SAP specifically in the areas of HR master data, time entry, time evaluation and integration with third party payroll.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
" 3+ years of SAP Time and Payroll configuration
" Experience with ADP third party payroll
" Experience with HR mini master
" Experience with SAP report writing
" Payroll process experience
" IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process experience
" Excellent documentation skills (Email, Visio process flows, design documents, specifications etc.)
" Proactive, with a sense of ownership and ability to drive work, and projects to completion
" Enthusiasm to learn new functions and technologies

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited program

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
" Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
" Experience with SAP Time and Attendance by WorkForce Software
" Experience with SuccessFactors

HOURS:
7am to 4pm, 5/40 work week
