- Chipton Ross is seeking a Material and Process Engineer 2 for a temp to hire position in Milledgeville, GA
Material and Process Engineer 2 Position Overview:
Applies principles of chemistry, physics, and material behavior to develop metallic, nonmetallic and composite material and processing specifications, fabrication and assembly processes. Develops, analyzes and applies material properties and design allowables, processing processes and quality engineering specifications. Material analyses may include failure analysis of components, systems and subsystems, life predictions, and definition and requirement specifications. May review and approve subcontractor material processing procedures.
Experience and Education Requisites:
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.
Work Schedule
1st Shift, 5/40 Schedule
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
