- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a temp to hire position in Milledgeville, GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will perform multiple administrative tasks for the Contracts organization including but not limited to:
Variety of data entry in the company's business systems
Coordinate with other internal organization to provide guidance for compliance with laws, regulations, and contract provisions
Interface directly with customers including verbal and written communications.
Draft letters to customers.
Review of contract terms and conditions.
Run systems reports and provide data/reports to other organizations and customers as required.
Create invoices to customers and collect payments as required.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and enter requirements in internal systems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years of related Contracts Administrator experience.
Experience in Deltek Costpoint - is desired.
Microsoft Office
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
WORK SCHEDULE:
1st Shift, 5/40 Schedule
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
