Temp to Hire
Chipton Ross is seeking a Buyer for a temp to hire position in Milledgeville, GA

BuyerPosition Overview:
As a Buyer I, you will assist in purchasing materials, supplies, and services at the most favorable terms for Qarbon Aerospace. You will be heavily engaged with qualifying new vendors, evaluating bids, and negotiating pricing and terms for purchased goods and services. You will also be responsible for tracking purchases, monitoring vendor performance with an emphasis on schedule and quality and maintaining a database of information. You will report to a supervisor or a manager and work on projects of limited complexity in a support role.

Experience and Education Requisites:
" Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred
" 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
" Knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
" Working knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP)
" Excellent communication and organizational skills
" Ability to multitask
" Some travel may be required

Work Schedule
1st Shift, 5/40 Schedule

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
