Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Product Acceptance Specialist's B for a contract opportunity in North Charleston, SC.

This group will be work alongside the rework group on the airplanes; take joints apart and put back together; taking parts off, inspecting areas; any items that need to be removed for rework to be done will be inspected by this team when reinstalled; will use Velocity; will be required to read specs and engineering drawings; using measuring tools

Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
Identifies and documents discrepancies.
Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

- Computer literate
- Successfully completing training OJT is a contingency
- 3+ years related work experience
- Software skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).


Training is 6 weeks on first shift

Must be able to work any shift after training is complete; shift start times as follows:
1st - 5:30 a
2nd - 2:30 p

Shifts may change due to business needs, but immediate need is higher on 1st and 2nd shift

100% onsite, no remote, no hybrid

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
