Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a hybrid contract opportunity in King of Prussia, PA.

Position is Hybrid - 2-3 days in office 5 days a week Monday - Friday, 8-5 with 1 hour lunch, can flexible on hours if needed


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyst is responsible for supporting maintaining payroll, T&E and HRMS teams and systems. Assume primary responsibility for daily entry of employee data changes, response to employee inquiries, T&E expense report reviews, control of KOP non-exempt timesheets, running and distribution of reports and other support.

REQUIREMENTS:
o Four years of experience in either an HR, Payroll or other corporate environment is required.
o Trained and proficient in the principles, practices and standard of HR/Payroll Administration.
o Familiarity with and working knowledge of HR/Payroll processes is required.
o Experience with computerized HRMS systems is required
o Experience and proficiency with SAP is highly preferred. (OR Similar)
o Experience and proficiency in multi-state payroll processing is preferred
o Experience and proficiency with Concur T&E is preferred.
o Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes, especially HR/Payroll processes and SAP HR processes is required.
o Data entry experience is required.


EDUCATION:
Accredited High School degree is required, but a higher degree is preferred

Full-Time
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
