Chipton-Ross is seeking a Quality Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL.
Job Summary:
The Quality Analyst provides analysis of operation in the field W&D for assigned areas in the W&D organization.
Initiatives in W&D sites to enhance operational efficiency, excellence, and transformation are supported and managed. Responsible for process related tasks to performance measurement and operational, financial, and clinical analytics; develops with the process owner state of the art process description and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of the process to support a continued improvement. Support and manages the development of the quality management system of our client in the USA, as well support on the implementation and maintenance of certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Innovation by reviewing, analyzing and recommending improvements to business processes for better overall organization performance in W&D projects.
- Review operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze information to identify operational issues, provide recommendations and update operational strategy.
- Jointly work with all functional teams and the teams on the shop floor to enhance processes.
- Review existing reporting and analytics by gathering feedback of all teams to re-design, improve, merge, or add new content into existing reports.
- Develop process models and executing process modelling of existing customer projects as well of projects with new customer in the implementation phase.
- Prepare process model and compile them to an overall process map.
- Develop process and train shop floor employees; follow up on the implementation.
- Ensures accuracy and reliability of work applied.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems in Quality Management (in USA branches and with head office in Germany)
- Participate in regular meetings for updates of QS related projects in W&D with departments leads and other key personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager`s discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering with focus on process management; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Process or Data Scientist (high level competence with Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, QlikSense or other tools)
- Fluent in English (and if possible in Spanish)
- Industry experience is preferred (Contract Logistics, W&D & or 3PL).
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude and proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
- Ability to multitask and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with firm deliverable dates.
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to support AdHoc Request and off hours.
- Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Scrum/agile project knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment
- Adheres to process, policies, and standards.
- Willingness to travel in US and abroad
