Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Analyst III for a contract opportunity in Bothell, WA.
SUMMARY:
The analyst is involved in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems. The analyst interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. The analyst gathers, documents, and analyzes business needs and requirements. Has working knowledge and specific skills to carry out activities associated within their area of expertise such as business systems, data, financial, IT, operations, program, quality assurance, supply chain, HSE, Human resources, continuous improvement, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify different types of data that need tracking to improve business performance. Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data. Work with the management team to prioritize suggested changes to each business segment. Use methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes. Develops procedures, tools and processes linked to his/her area of activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years in analyst role
Expertise creating scorecards, metrics, status reports and data cleanup across various systems.
Software and data system migration.
Leading an organization to create process flow diagrams, define roles and responsibilities and establish service level agreements among internal and external teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Recruiting Experience; creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition status reports, scorecards and metrics. Applicant tracking system selection, migration and implementation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.

MISCELLANEOUS:
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
