Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a contract opportunity in Bothell, WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties are performed in a production environment where some duties require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision.
Respond appropriately to coaching from trainers, QA, and supervisors.
Assist in other operational areas as needed including assembly, or other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Requires regular sitting, handling, fingering and feeling and occasional walking and standing.
Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools and wire cutters.
Ability to grasp, hold and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long duration.
Computer: Skills in operating computers and common software to use workplace Systems a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting: Requires lifting of up to 15 lbs. frequently, up to 40 lbs. regularly, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. (Not all positions require this skill)
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Must be energetic and have a positive attitude.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent.
WORK HOURS: Full-Time, M-F 5:30AM – 2:00PM. Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
