Chipton-Ross is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a contract/hybrid opportunity in King of Prussia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is related to the management of invoice exceptions, price updates and supplier qualifications.
o Assist in the creation of new contracts in SAP
o Manage invoice reconciliation and exception process for invoices relating to the purchase of raw materials and packaging.
o Main point of contact for Accounts Payable.
o Facilitate new/changes to supplier data thru the Master Data Platform.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Preferred candidate will have 5 years experience working in Supply Chain or Purchasing position.
Experience with the use of SAP or similar.
Experience with Accounts Payable, invoice reconciliation, and exception processing.
Experience with contract management.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
Strong accounting skills, detail oriented, and ability to analyze data.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or AS degree strongly preferred

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift
This position is Hybrid. Candidate will work in office 3 days a week and remote for 2. Manager is flexible to the 3 days candidate works in office.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
