Chipton-Ross is seeking one Experimental Machinist 3 for a contract opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This includes the ability to program complex parts using MasterCAM.
Communication with supporting organizations and individuals is routine.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED is required.
This position requires advanced CNC machining skills.
The candidate must have conventional machining skills as well as have the ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and blueprints.
Must be able to work first or second shift and extensive overtime as needed.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
HOURS:
9/80 workweek. Must be able to work first or second shift and extensive overtime as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
