Chipton Ross is seeking 9-12 Customer Service Representatives in Wichita, KS.

This position requires successful completion of CARR-Reveal Assessment administered by the client. As well as interview(s) with leadership that can occur via phone, via video call, or in person.

Candidates need to have call center experience and valid driver's license.
The screening process could take up to 6 weeks with prescreening, assessments, interviews, background checks, drug screening, and on boarding.
If the candidate is selected for an assessment, they will receive an email from Evergy with instructions on how to complete the assessment. The assessment is accessible on a mobile phone or computer and must be completed within 48 hours.

Applicants are required to complete background check and drug screening thru agency.
Start date is contingent on successful completion of both. No Time can be missed during training.
Hourly pay for this position for all candidates submitted is $20.65. This is a set pay rate for all candidates.

This position is 100% in the office. Training is typically 4-5 weeks starting on or around June 15, 2023. Training schedule is tentatively scheduled for 8:30am -5:00pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Monday through Friday (40 hours per week through the training class period) Candidate must be able to commit to training with NO TIME OFF.
Absences and tardiness are highly discouraged and not recommended. If a pattern with attendance is determined and/or candidate is not progressing at any time, they will be removed.

After training is completed, candidates will be assigned a full time regular 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am -7pm. (with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
The assigned hours can vary based on business need. Occasional OT or Holdover based on business need. This is a 100% in office position.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
