Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineer Digital 3 for a contract opportunity in Azusa, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates digital electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for digital electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development. Running HW tests in the lab, debugging via Chipscope, generating bit files

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Science (Electrical preferred) with 6+ years of experience. Willing to see candidates with 4 years' experience in leu of a degree.
Must be proficient with Chipscope, ISE, Synplyfy, and Vivado.
Highly interested in engineers with hardware test and lab experience.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek. Onsite only.




Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
