Chipton-Ross is seeking a Materials Management Analyst 1 for an opportunity in Berkeley, MO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in coordinating on time delivery of simple parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures. Assists with collection and analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc. Assists in posting updates to information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients. Assists in coordinating the flow of materials management related information between and among internal recipients. Assists in interpretation of information to identify problems. Assists with release of orders to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of products. Works under close supervision.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to assist in coordinating on time delivery of simple parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures.
Able to assist with collection and analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
Able to assist with posting updates to information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.
Able to assist in coordinating the flow of materials management related information between and among internal recipients.
Able to assist in interpretation of information to identify problems.
Able to assists with release of orders to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of products.
Able to assist with the management of projects both large and small.
Able to proficiently utilize MS Office and web based tools
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with parts or materials management
Experience with Project Management
Experience utilizing quality and safety systems
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00AM-3:00PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
