Chipton-Ross is seeking HR Support for a contract opportunity in Rancho Cordova, CA.
*Hybrid work is available*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% - Provide direct support to the HR Systems and Personnel Records team. Responsibilities include: review for accuracy all HR data entry transactions such as new hire entry and employee status changes, maintain personnel files ensuring all required documents are in order, handle records archiving activities, and respond to employment verifications (verbal and written).
30% - Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, documents and forms, including compiling data for use in a variety of special reports. Run and distribute monthly and weekly reports as needed.
10% - Assist with projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
HR System Experience, MS Office include Excel, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail.
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
SHIFT:
9/80
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
