Chipton-Ross is seeking a Field Technician for a contract opportunity in Huntsville, AL.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support to the US Army customer. This position is for a Field Technician or Level 1 Engineer. Responsibilities will be maintaining/troubleshooting M270, M270A1, and HIMARS vehicles. Working on Military vehicles, MLRS, Bradley, HUMVEE, HEMITT, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills on vehicles and test equipment

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with Redstone Arsenal, AL operations. Familiar with engine and diesel engines.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned preventive and demand maintenance tasks and 1 Year of experience.

Full-Time
4/10 work schedule
1st Shift


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
