Chipton-Ross is seeking two Embedded Software Engineer 2's for a contract opportunity in Chandler, AZ.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of Five (5) years of related experience.
Object Oriented (OO)/C++ software development.
Embedded real time operating systems (RTOS) environments.

PREFERRED:
Linux based software development
Spacecraft or launch systems software development
Avionics Telemetry
PowerPC processors (PPC 750, 8280)
Digital communications protocols (Ethernet, RS422, CAN, etc)
Jira, Bitbucket,
CMM/SEI or equivalent software development process

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek. 100% On-Site.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
