Chipton-Ross is seeking a Documentation Engineer l for a contract opportunity in South Jordan, UT.
You will provide support for those departments regarding design and specification queries. You will also support our department Document Specialists, contribute to department project work and support the approval process within the businesses ERP and QMS systems. It will also be important to engage in the strong culture of continuous improvement we have at so you should expect to be involved in PPI processes to help initiate positive change that benefits the department and business, demonstrating the companies 4i values.
Support the specification approval process.
Translate released drawings into Item Masters, BOM’s and Routings within Oracle.
Analyze labor variance and update Oracle standards.
Perform maintenance of ERP system data.
Participate in process improvement through data driven activities.
A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal skills as part of a multi-functional team and should have proven planning, analytical and problem solving abilities.
Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Experience with MS Office products with expertise in Excel.
QA background or experience with cGDP/cGMP within the Biotechnology industry is beneficial.
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Full-Time; 8:00 to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
