Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist for a contract opportunity in Camden, NJ.
This position is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support maintenance and improvement of the quality system and documentation in support of the site
o Updates & Maintains the Quality Records matrix and organizes quality records for electronic archive and transfer to an off-site source where applicable
o Supports, reviews and audits purchasing activities for ASL adherence with supplier quality flowdown of quality clauses for outside processing orders for compliance to requirements
o Identify internal control issues/exceptions and ensure they are well-defined, root causes analyzed and discussed and agreed with management
o Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies of equipment
o Manages site corrective action logs and schedules weekly meetings to address outstanding corrective actions
o Interface and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with personnel
o Initiate and follow-up on Internal Corrective Action Reports for the audit program
o May support the Material Review Board (MRB) as needed for QMS compliance
o Assist in defect tracking and evaluation process, including trend evaluation to reduce recurrences. (As directed by the Q.A. Manager)
o Assist in the implementation of Procedure Review, cross-reference matrix Parent-child relation development
o Uses various process methods and tools excel, SharePoint, eQMS workflows to track procedure updates for approvals
o Manages site training matrix and requirements, scheduling and delivering training as required to maintain compliance
o Ensures the quality management system and records are kept up to date and conform to ISO 9001:2015/AS9100:2016, DCMA, and other relevant standards as required.
o Executes internal audits competently and with minimal supervision
o Measure, monitor and report to leadership while collaborating with functional leads on trends, actions, improvement opportunities and effectiveness of the internal audit process
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Working knowledge and experience working with, auditing to, and managing systems aligned with AS9100:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011 etc…
o Ability to Assess risk and suggest changes and update of PEAR's
o Capable of preparing and following through with audits of all types and scope.
o Ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization
o Strong written and verbal communication
o MS Office suite of programs
o Familiar with navigation of OASIS and NADCAP databases
o Strong experience as a SharePoint site admin/owner for management for document control
o eTQ EQMS platform Document Control experience a plus
o Experience in SAP Quality and purchasing module workflows a plus
o An understanding of the requirements and ability to conduct quality audits and generate audit reports
o Ability to calculate Corrective Action Board CAB Key Process Metrics, and Charts presentation creation
o Experience with 8D Problem Solving desired
o 3+ years of industry experience in process auditing focused on AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements in an aerospace and defense environment
o Must be able to obtain/Maintain a Secret Security Clearance
o Experience performing internal audits for AS9100 compliance
o Proficient with MS Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
o Certification/Training in SharePoint Online O365 as a site administrator
o Experience with nonconformance and corrective action database systems
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Experience in heavily regulated industry is required (Aerospace, Space, Medical and / or Defense industry experience is preferred)
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of combined industry and education experience in
process auditing focused on AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements in an aerospace and
defense environment

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
