Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a contract opportunity in Cincinnati, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Gather and enter batch record data into computer databases or spreadsheets.
o Ensure data is entered accurately.
o Investigate any non-conformance values.
o Collect required information and ensure that it is properly saved.
o Respond to requests for information in a timely fashion.
o Ensure that data is collected prior to due date.
o Participate in continuous improvement activities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Ability to understand the manufacturing process, identify trends.
o Experienced user of Excel; LIMS, Access.
o Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
o Takes personal accountability for decisions and actions.

EDUCATION:
o Accredited Bachelor's degree.
o Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience or experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Mon - Friday 40 hrs. per week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
