Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Analyst 5 for contract/hybrid opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

*This position is HYBRID, must be able to come on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies new or projected areas of manufacturing technological research and advancement. Provides guidance in improvements of complex engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration, and software applications. Identifies the need for future training on new technology and benchmarks training with other companies throughout the industry. Plans research and development activities in support of new product development. Leads process improvement efforts. Mentors others. Works under consultative direction.

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience supporting an operations environment. Understanding of engineering requirements, and creation to manufacturing work plans.
- If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

PART TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
20 or so hours each week, 5x8s as needed. HYB

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
