Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking one Tool Engineer 3 for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall be able to design simple to complex tooling, Drill Jigs and Assembly Jigs, Dies, via Catia/NX to
support production. This person shall be able to conceptualize these designs in 3D, detail the CAD model
and detail the drawings for fabrication. These drawings shall be properly laid out using views and
dimensions that are in compliance with ASME Y14.1-5 standards. Experience shall be in in medium to
large scale tooling fabrication and/or production fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings
application, and/or production manufacturing operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and 6+ years' experience.
CATIA / TOOL DESIGN.


EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 work week. 100% On-Site.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
