Reason for posting:
This position is a part of the sustaining team, there is a backlog of sustaining items in Milwaukee that need to be addressed.

HM is looking for candidates with engineering backgrounds, solid technical PM experience would be acceptable as well. Component experience strongly desired.

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Leader for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will manage design changes and documentation updates needed to support product maintenance. An individual in this role will lead cross functional teams in engineering assignments, on a task-by-task basis and independently plan, execute and direct cross functional engineering projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Good communication skills with matrix management experience required. Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques required.
Project Management - 3-5 years
Component experience
Bill of Materials experience
Electrical or Mechanical engineering exposure

This is a technical role; this person will deal with component changes and design work in addition to the usual PM responsibilities.

Med Device Industry preferred, open to other industries as well. Regulated industries (DOD, Chemical, etc.) typically translate well



EDUCATION:
Accredited B.S. or equivalent required. Minimum of three to five years professional experience required.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
