Chipton-Ross is seeking a Brand Activation Specialist for a contract opportunity in St.Louis, MO or Renton, WA.
*This position is HYBRID.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We create an in-person connection with customers and stakeholders through Pop-up Shops and Events throughout the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, executing visual merchandising displays & marketing elements, and meeting or exceeding sales goals, all while delivering excellent customer service.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The position requires extensive travel within the United States and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to connect with and maintain relationships with customers and focus on engagement, offering superior customer service.
• Ability to maintain high-level communications with business partners and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and execute against deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment
• Assists with the setup and breakdown at our Pop-up shops and events. Process freight and complete markdowns.
• Understand and adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations and ensure all marketing initiatives are completed
• Maintain and support safety standards in sales locations; communicate safety concerns to store manager
• Support store and company level strategies to reduce shrink; observe and monitor for signs of shrink and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
• Complete all daily cash control requirements, including bank deposits, fund verifications, and cash reconciliations; meet all submittal deadlines for financial reporting
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Partner with Brand Activation Lead to build and execute strategic action plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Analyze and review sales and inventory reports daily to react quickly to business demands
• Provide Brand Activations Lead with productivity updates; proactively identify and communicate feedback on Associate performance
• Understand and adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations and ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time
• Manage all controllable costs to improve store profitability
• Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; communicate safety concerns to the travel store lead
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
MISCELLANEOUS:
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client. HYBEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
