Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Supply Chain Specialist 1s for a contract/hybrid opportunity in Warner Robins, GA.
*This position is 100% ONSITE
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Level 1) for our Warner Robins, GA facility. The Supply Chain Analyst will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services Government Planning team. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies. Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead in execution of BGS Govt PBL contracts and customer facing
Coordinates with support functions (Supplier Management, engineering, tech pubs, provisioning, maintenance & modifications) and manages Supply Chain Priorities
Responsible to meet performance goal targets and provide recovery plans
Supports customer and program reviews
Receives customer orders/requests and performs tactical actions (generates new/replenishment orders, inventory redistribution actions, order expedite requests, excess inventory disposition, update govt catalog records)
Prioritizes new buy and repair orders
Manages component repair for induction to the repair cycle
Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements
Processes material returned from customers
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
FIAR Compliance
Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs.
Reviews SI&OP Value Stream Inventory Plan Variances & Determine root cause (including Financials)
Participates in continuous improvement projects
Mitigates risks and issues.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planning
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
Experience in supporting Performance Based Logistic Government programs.
EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
